Cassini 1 leans into its namesake - spaceage and modern, but with purpose. Every design element was approached with creating new personal challenges, trying to see how I could push myself. The single coil at the bridge position is the first of my A2 CC inspired single coils, and can be as hot as the sun when pushed. Paired with the humbucker in the neck position, you couldn’t have two more opposite sounds. The hardest to photograph and most subtle part of the instrument is the body carve - the top is convex, the back is concave - which feels natural when pressed against your body. This is borrowed from NS designs.“
